लखनऊ : उत्कर्ष संगोष्ठी के 27वें चरण में भारतरत्न डा.भीमराव अंबेडकर के सामाजिक योगदानों और नये भारत के निर्माण में उनके ऐतिहासिक कार्यों पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता राजेश पांडेय, एडवोकेट ने बताया कि भारतीय संविधान सभा की ड्राफ्टिंग समिति के चेयरमैन के रूप में डा. अंबेडकर ने भारतीय लोकतंत्र को आधार देने का कार्य किया था। अधिवक्ता शाबिर अली ने कहा कि डा. अंबेडकर के द्वारा दिया गया संविधान भारत के हर नागरिक को सिर उठाकर जीवन जीने की आजादी देता है। उत्तर प्रदेश विद्युत परिषद में कर्मचारी हितों की लड़ाई लड़ रहे जय प्रकाश ने मौजूदा परिस्थितियों का आंकलन करते हुए कहा कि डां. अंबेडकर का सपना जिन सामाजिक मूल्यों और समानता के लक्ष्यों को स्थापित करना था, मौजूदा सरकारों के द्वारा जारी निजीकरण की प्रक्रिया उन सपनों को धक्का चोट पहुंचा रही है।
अंबेडकर जयंती के अवसर पर आयोजित इस वैचारिक संगोष्ठी के मंच से बोलते हुए समाजवादी चिंतक और विचारक ओंकार सिंह ने बताया कि देश की तमाम प्राकृतिक संपदाओं को पूंजीवादी शक्तियों के हवाले करने का षडयंत्र चल रहा है तो वहीं आल इंडिया फारवर्ड ब्लॉक के नेता उदयनाथ सिंह ने डा. अंबेडकर के दर्शन को गौतम बुद्ध की अंहिसाओं से जोडते हुए बताया कि सामाजिक परिवर्तन लाने के लिए संवेदनहीन कठोरता की नहीं, बल्कि संवेदनशील और संवादपरक राजनीति की जरूरत है, जो आज के समय में लुप्त है। पत्रकार ओमप्रकाश तिवारी ने डा. अंबेडकर की वैचारिक विकास यात्रा पर तत्कालीन मार्क्सवाद और पूरे विश्व में चल रहे सामाजिक राजनीतिक आंदोलनों का प्रभाव स्पष्ट किया।उत्तर प्रदेश जल निगम कर्मचारियों के हितों की लड़ाई लड़ रहे युवा वक्ता चेतन जायसवाल ने कहा कि केवल वैचारिक संगोष्ठियों से ऊपर उठकर डा. अंबेडकर के संघर्षों और सिद्धांतों को अपने जीवन में उतारने का प्रयास करना जरुरी है, तो वहीं जल निगम के तमाम लंबे श्रमिक आंदोलनों से जुड़े वरिष्ठ कर्मचारी नेता वाई एन उपाध्याय ने कहा कि देश के जल, जंगल और जमीन पर सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के बराबर अधिकारों का आंदोलन खड़ा करने वाले डा. अंबेडकर को यह देखकर बहुत दुःख होता कि आज उनके देश में मौजूद लोकतांत्रिक सरकारें किसानों से खेतिहर जमीनें और आदिवासी जनजातियों से जंगल छीनने का कारोबार कर रहीं हैं।
विद्युत परिषद से जुड़े पुनीत निगम ने डा. अंबेडकर को भारत में महिलाओं की शैक्षिक और सामाजिक स्थितियों में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन लाने वाला महापुरुष बताया, तो वहीं लखनऊ के कांग्रेसी नेता शब्बीर अहमद ने मौजूदा समय में डा. अंबेडकर के सिद्धांतों और शिक्षाओं पर आगे बढ़ने की जरूरत बताई।
उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य खनिज निगम में मैकेनिकल ड्रिलर का काम संभाल चुके इंदिरा नगर निवासी मनीष कुमार शुक्ला ने बताया कि किस प्रकार जनता दल के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में मुलायम सिंह यादव ने1990 में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की तीनों सीमेंट मिलों को निजी हाथों में बेचने का अपराध किया था। मनीष ने डा. अंबेडकर जैसे ऐतिहासिक महापुरुषों के योगदानों को पहली कक्षा से ही बच्चों को पढ़ाये जाने की जरूरत बताई। मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में मौजूद स्टेट बैंक आफ इंडिया के अधिकारी पवन कुमार ने कहा कि डा. अंबेडकर ने अपने समय में जो सपने देखे थे उनका क्रियान्वयन करना आज के दौर में और ज्यादा मुश्किल हो गया है।
पवन कुमार ने जातीय आरक्षणों से जुड़ी राजनीति को देश के लिए दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया। मानवता फाऊण्डेशन, एपेक्स एक्यूपंक्चर सेंटर और स्पंदन फाउंडेशन आदि के सहयोग से आयोजित इस वैचारिक संगोष्ठी में लगभग सभी वक्ताओं के स्तर से यह एक बात बार-बार उठकर सामने आती रही कि जीवन भर जाति व्यवस्था से संघर्ष करने वाले डा. अंबेडकर को भारत की षड्यंत्रपूर्ण राजनीति ने केवल एक जाति विशेष का नेता बनाकर रख दिया है, जिसे समझने की जरूरत है।
पार्क रोड स्थित जेसी कैफे में लगभग तीन घंटे तक चली इस संगोष्ठी के सहयोगियों में संयोजक अनिल तिवारी, विमल प्रकाश, अन्वेष शुक्ला आदि मौजूद रहे।
